OPEN BEYOND is the first private television station in Greece to offer HbbTV services and take advantage of newer technologies, designed for the Internet age, and ultimately to bring viewers an improved and richer interactive experience.

By pressing the red button viewers, with “smart” HbbTv-ready TVs and internet access, can tap the OPEN HbbTV application to access video on demand services.

The HbbTV apps provide  access to the program of Greek Regional TV stations, access to their enchanted Electronic Program Guide (EPG), as well as Videon on Demand and Catch-Up services that that enhance the viewer’s experience.

Epeegee successfully launched the HbbTV service in partnership with Icareus, using its turn-key Icareus Suite HbbTV solution.
